  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp minced lemongrass
