How to Make Chrysanthemum Gummy Bears

Chrysanthemum tea has been around for a very long time. It goes back to many China dynasties and widely known for its health effects.

Growing up this drink is often found in many Asian households (mine included) because of its benefits. It helps aid in relaxation, heart health, bone health, and even skin care! Now who doesn’t want all that?

Today we’re making chrysanthemum gummy bears using chrysanthemum tea and gelatin! If you want a vegan alternative I suggest using agar agar but the texture will not be the same. It will be more like a crunchy Jell-O instead of a gummy one. But still good! Here’s the recipe below!
