Super Easy Pandan Swirl Cheesecake

It ain’t easy being CHEESY! Let’s make an easy pandan swirl cheesecake! This is probably one of the easiest cheesecake recipes you will come across. I wanted to start with an easy cheesecake for my first one but give it a twist.

So I decided to do a Pandan swirl cheesecake! It’s pretty easy all you need is some pandan extract. If you don’t know what pandan is, it’s a leaf native to Asia. It’s also used in a lot of our cooking. Not only give it a coconut vanilla essence. It also gives it a green color too!

And for this recipe we used a premade graham cracker crust, to make it even easier! You don’t have to use a mixer you can also mix it by hand or with a hand mixer. But fair warning, it is arm work out lol. I think the hardest thing about this recipe is waiting for the cheesecake to completely cool and then refrigerate. But after that you can eat it and top it with any toppings that you’d like!

Until next time!
