Crab your attention, didn’t I? 🦀👀 my fave way to eat blue crabs is using my moms stir-fry recipe. dont get me wrong, she’s bomb, but she’s def labour intensive. 🙂‍↕️ I kinda tweaked the original, but here’s the gist:

Crispy, chewy, and totally rice for me. 🍚🔥 Bánh Bột Chiên—crispy, golden-brown rice cakes tossed with eggs, green onions, and served with a tangy dipping sauce and đồ chua (pickled carrots and daikon).

Originally inspired by Chinese Chai Tow Kway (radish cake), this dish has become a favorite street snack across Vietnam—especially in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). 🇻🇳

did you know that there’s over 480+ species of oysters in WA state alone?! we’re obsessed with their fresh selection of shellfish. usually Kumamoto are our go tos but now, indigos are my new fave. crab cakes are highly recommended as well! 🦀
