Easy & Simple Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles (Only 4 Ingredients!)

Big BRR! Popsicles are so BERRY easy! Honestly popsicles and summer go hand in hand like no other. They’re also easier than you think! Plus if you make it at home you can adjust the flavor and sugar level (unlike the ones you buy at the store). Also its super fun to create different flavors to try!

It’s been a wild and crazy hot season in SoCal (literally 90s-100 degrees in places) so I was craving something refreshing and tart. So, when life gives you random popsicle cravings-make lemonade. Or something like that lol!

For my popsicle mold I used these ones I got from Amazon:

I LOVE these. The reason is because you can put water in the containers so popping them out is a breeze! They are a bit smaller than your average popsicle size tho. Just sayinnnn. But other than that I love them. Plus it was only $10! Also it comes with reusable popsicle sticks so you don’t ever have to worry about buying them.

Now back to the recipe. Lemonade is always one of my go-to summer drinks. It’s refreshing, cold and super easy to mix! I had some uber sweet strawberries in my fridge, so an idea hit me. Why not do Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles?! To really incorporate as much strawberry flavor in it as I can, I added strawberry puree as well as strawberry bits into it! All you have to do is blends some of the strawberries and viola! You’ve got strawberry puree.

Also be sure to taste it before you put it into the molds because everyone’s taste level is different. Some like it sweet, some like it tart. But there are no wrong answers here.
