Refreshing Sinh Tố Bơ (Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie)

Back that HASS up!

To be honest you don’t even need a recipe for this because it’s so easy and it’s customizable to everyone’s taste.

So growing up Vietnamese this was a treat/drink that we would often have, especially in the summer times. It contains 4 things: avocado, milk of choice, condensed milk and ice.

You add everything to a blender and then blend it to your desired consistency. I like it more of like an icy slushy mix but it’s up to you! You can also do different variations of this adding different types of milk or even extracts but I prefer the OG avocado taste. You can even add toppings like boba!

Let me know if you’ve ever tried this! You can also drink out of a straw but I just couldn’t find one so I used a spoon LOL

Until next time!
