I love to eat. I don’t think that’s a debatable thought. It’s literally a fact. There’s almost nothing that I love to do more than to eat. Well, almost. Helping share knowledge on local cuisine and restaurants is also something I really love and enjoy doing. Since the pandemic occurred over 1 1/2 years ago (sheeeesshhh! has it been that long already?) I’ve been sharing local restaurants, home delivery and food trucks in the OC and in turn, learned so much knowledge from it.

So when an opportunity arrived to help out a local Vietnamese Restaurant (the owners recognized me originally when I was shooting for another restaurant), I couldn’t say no.

Located in Buena Park, CA they’ve recently opened this summer and they specialize in Vietnamese Fusion food! They even have a good menu of drinks and an even better menu of French Macarons! My absolute favorite is the Salted Caramel one. I’m a sucker for anything caramel. Just saying.
