This is TOFU-ing good!

Since they opened their first restaurant in 1994 Kaju soft tofu has been one of the places to go for Korean food. The soups come out bubbling from the kitchen and are full of flavor and spice.

I’ve only had a Korean soft tofu soup once before so to be honest this was basically a new experience to me. The cool part about their soft tofu soup is that they have 14 different flavors to choose from! And the spice flavor is range from not spicy to triple spicy!

Each order is served with banchan a.k.a. side dishes and they are actually my favorite part of the meal! Their kimchi is one of my favorites that I’ve had in a while!

I got their seafood tofu soup as well as their seafood bibimbap and both were super delicious! I had more than enough to share! As always, here’s a video below until next time!
