I love this a CROFFLE lot!
One of the most interesting treats that I’ve ever had coming to SoCal was a Croffle! If you don’t know, Croffle is a cross between a croissant and a waffle.
I wanna be honest with you because I never liked croissants growing up. Everyone around me did my siblings, my partner, and my friends. But I was never interested in croissants. Until I had a Croffle.
I remember the first time I had it at 7 leaves Artesia Café and I was lucky enough to watch them make it. Now I don’t know about making a croissant from scratch, I am not that talented yet. LOL
however I found an easy hack for those that want a quick Croffle!
You can save yourself a lot of time by buying premade croissants. I happen to find some sweet Hawaiian bread croissants, so I had to give it a try!
This is a super easy treat, and you can have any toppings you want. Are you strawberries, maple syrup, and powdered sugar! But the possibilities are endless!
Until next time! Let me know if you would try!
