Tương Chấm (Hoisin Dipping Sauce)

If you dip, I dipp…just like thaaaat! Another classic dipping sauce in Vietnamese cuisine is Tương Chấm a.ka. Hoisin Dipping Sauce!

The perfect combo of sweetness with the peanut sauce is to die for! This is my absolute must-have dip when eating things such as spring rolls. Which I also have a recipe to here!

If you know me, you know I simplify tf out of my recipes (not a lot of time to cook when you’re working basically 2 full time jobs lol!). So all we’ll need here is peanut butter, hoisin sauce, sriracha and water. You can feel free to adjust any of the ingredients to your liking (i.e. add more sriracha/hoisin).

Oh, and also, a microwave. You can honestly do this on the stovetop but I prefer the good ol’ microwave. Saves time and cleaning to be honest.
