Easy Loaded Gazpacho with Alvalle!

What a SOUP-ER delicious way to cool down this season! This summer has been a hot one here in OC so cooking in the heat can get overwhelming at times. But today, I’m going to share with you an easy meal you can put together using Alvalle Gazpacho! (Just note, this was sent to me as an #ad on IG!)

If you don’t know now you know, Gazpacho us a cold soup made of raw, blended veggies and originates in Spain and Portugal. Alvalle itself, is a delicious gazpacho from Spain! So it’s made from an authentic Spanish recipe and takes your taste buds on a tour!

I loved using fresh veggies and fruit to elevate the dish and even made a side of garlic bread to dip! Highly recommend the dipping by the way! It complements the soup and veggies so well. Best of all, I made the bread in the airfryer and it was magnificent LOL.

As always, here is the video and recipe below!
