What an EGGS-CELLENT way to start the day!

Today, we’re going on a breakfast (may I say even…brunch?) run to Bite Mi! They’re a sandwich and specialty drink spot located in Santa Ana, CA! They also have locations in Cypress, Long Beach and Artesia too so don’t worry if it’s too far. Fun fact, their drinks are actually made by Tastea! A super popular boba and tea company in CA.

They specialize in banh mis as well as a delicious array of drinks to suit anyone needs. Their drink menu is huge and honestly the hardest part is trying to decide. I got two classic banh mis and I highly recommend them! The thing is, I never like Banh Mi growing up. I know so weird huh? I think it’s due to never having a super authentic banh mi or maybe it was just my taste buds as a kid. Until I had their banh mi.

You can never go wrong with a classic so I decided to get them. The bread was super soft on the inside and perfectly toasted on the outside. The banh mi was filled with meat, although ironically I wish there was more veggies as the Đồ chua was divine!

I finally decided on a Vietnamese Coffee as well as a Strawberry Lemonade for drinks and they were also good. The Vietnamese Coffee wasn’t too bitter and the lemonade was crispy with some sugary strawberry bits on the bottom!
