Appetizers Pork Recipes

The SECRETS to my Bánh Mì Charcuterie Board (with homemade Vietnamese Mayo!)

You’re the only Bánh for Mì!

I think one of the most well-known dishes of Vietnamese cuisine is our Bánh Mì! I think it’s so universal and loved because there’s so many different versions of it.

There’s an endless array of fillings and proteins that go inside of it. That is just the perfect combination of salty, tart, and crunch. The most classic Bánh Mì contains cold cuts of meat sandwiched between two baguettes a.k.a. Bánh Mì!

I wanted to do an homage to the classic Bánh Mì so I decided to make a charcuterie version of it! How millennial right?

For the Đồ Chua (aka pickled veggies) I have the recipe listed here!

There’s a lot of different cold cuts but I don’t like them all personally so I just chose the most basic one which is pork meatloaf and fried chicken meatloaf.

These can be found at your local Asian grocery store as well as the liver pate!

For the Vietnamese mayo, you can also buy it but I opted for making it since it’s super easy! I’ll have the recipe posted soon for it!
