How To Make DragonFruit Sago

Ingredients

  • 1 pink dragonfruit (cut in cubes)

  • 1/2 cup sago

  • 1 cup half & half creamer

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1 jar of coconut jelly (drained)

Directions

  • Boil hot water in a pot. Add in sago pearls and cook on med heat for 15-18 mins. Once time is up, turn off heat and cover with lid for 10 mins. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a bowl combine sago, half and half, condense milk, coconut jelly and cubed dragonfruit. Mix and let chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
