I think the most quintessential Vietnamese dish is Com Sườn Nướng.
It’s probably one of the most popular dishes at any Vietnamese restaurant. It has so many components that is so full of flavor! First we start with marinating the aromatic lemon grass pork chop. Then we throw it on a hot searing grill!
This dish is usually accompanied by some fresh herbs and veggies. I used tomatoes, cucumbers and ĐỒ CHUA. It’s also served with a side of Nước Chấm! I have their recipes linked!
Also what better way then to top it off with a ooey gooey fried egg! Game changer! Until next time!
