EASY Comfort Food: Trứng Chiên Lạp Xưởng (Fried Eggs & Chinese Sausage)

Let’s make some Trứng Chiên Lạp Xưởng!

I’m pretty sure you don’t even need a recipe for this but I’m gonna give you one anyways.

Fried eggs with Chinese sausages and rice is probably one of the most comforting dishes I’ve had growing up and even now as an adult.

It’s so easy to put together and so fulfilling, you don’t even need any skills in the kitchen for this one.

All you need is pre-cooked rice, you can cook any rice you want I prefer Jasmine rice. And I use my Insta pot to make it. But any rice will do.

You will also need eggs and Chinese sausages. You can find it at your local Asian market, each brand will vary in taste but honestly any brand will do. It’s more like a sweet savory sausage compared to the American sausage that we’re used to.

This recipe is for two people but feel free to adjust according to your household! The recipe is super forgiving honestly all you’re doing is heating things up lol.
