You haven’t lived if you haven’t tried authentic Mexican tacos from California. Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had come from SoCal and it’s evident that we don’t have enough authentic Mexican culture in other parts of the United States (i.e. where I’m from – Minnesota).
Today we’re going to Taco Masa’s newest location in Long Beach, CA! If you don’t know the restaurant founder Ivan Florez wanted to bring authentic Mexican flavors from Mexico to the US. He specializes in bringing flavors from his hometown in Tijuana by serving authentic Tijuana tacos with handmade corn and flour tortillas.
Their menu is pretty simple and straightforward so that’s how you know everything is pretty bomb! I also recommend getting their Agua Fresca and Horchata!
