Trying PREMIUM Japanese Shabu @ Tabu Shabu in Costa Mesa, CA!

Hey pick up, it’s SHABU calling. 😏🍲

I got to finally stop by @tabushabu @tabushabucm to try their Japanese style hotpot! It’s located in the heart of Costa Mesa, CA and it is always packed! We came in right when they opened at 5PM and there was not one seat open in the entire place!

Their menu focuses on childhood flavors with only the freshest ingredients. I highly recommend their appetizers and if you don’t finish your soup, you can ask to make it congee style togo home and it’s a whole ass meal!

What we got:
🥒 Asian cucumber salad
🧄 Crunchy garlic edamame
🐟 Salmon seaweed poke

🍲 Spicy Miso & Sukiyaki broth (this is a mixture that I highly reccomend!
🥬 All the Veggies
🥩 Angus beef toro belly
🥩 Reserve angus ribeye
🥩 Wagyu Zabuton Short Rib
🐟 Scottish Salmon
