Now hear me out ya’ll.
For those that didn’t grow up in Asian households, you’re in for a real treat! Growing up Vietnamese, Sinh Tố Bơ (a.k.a. Vietnamese Avocado Smoothies) were always apart of our summers! The creaminess of the avocado conjoined with even creamer condense milk and almond milk? You’ve got a piece of Avocado paradise! My family normally makes it into a smoothie, so in addition to my recipe, we would’ve added ice and blended it into a milky goodness!
To describe it, I would say it’s between an smoothie and a milkshake. What’s even better? For this recipe, you can adjust the sweetness to your liking right before you pour it into the popsicle molds! I got mine from Amazon but any mold honestly will work! The thing I liked about mine is that it comes with reusable sticks so I don’t have to worry about them whenever I want to make popsicles.
The only thing is I wish they were a bit bigger but these definitely got the job done!
Also for this recipe you definitely DON’T have to make the two separate layers, I just chose to do that so it would make it more fun and visually appealing. So if you just wanted to do the entire popsicle the Avocado mix, definitely feel free to do so! Plus it’ll save you a wee bit of time!
TIP: To remove the popsicles easier run the bottom or fill a bowl with warm water for 30 secs to loosen them before pulling them out. I’ve def had my battles with taking them out before I learned this lol! Also here’s the link to the popsicle molds I got from Amazon! I got them for $7-8 and I like these cause you can fill the container with water so popping them out is a breeze! As always, the video and recipe are below! I hope you enjoy it!
