The glory is in the hole. No seriously, that’s the slogan here at Friendly Donuts in Orange, CA.
I’ve been going to Friendly Donut’s for almost a year now and one step into the place and you’ll surely know why. It’s where my mochi donut virginity got taken and boy, have a gone back for more. LOL. But really though, I highly recommend this place and one look into their IG page and you’ll see why others do too.
Friendly Donut’s is a family donut shop that has been around for years and has passed down from generation to generation. Upon stepping in you’ll usually be greeted by the hostess with the mostest, Alan. Who is also the son of the family that established the shop. Alan makes the place worthwhile (as if the donuts wasn’t enough already) and he’s always the friendliest no matter what day or time you’re in.
Oh by the way, the shop is 24/7. Sheeeeeeshhh! So make sure you get that fix anytime noooow! There’s no excuse sis! One of my absolute go tos for drinks is the Green Thai Tea. No one makes it like they do here and I’m just obsessed! They also have a delicious Matcha Orange but I have yet to try!
On to my favorite donut category of them ALL-mochi.
Friendly changes their mochi donut flavors monthly so you can always bet on new, fresh flavors every time you stop in. Lucky for you, I got all the flavors this month and shared with you a video on them all!
