How To Make Bacon Corn Cheese (Air Fryer)

Ingredients

  • 3-4 strips of bacon (I used beef)

  • 1 whole corn (cut kernels off)

  • 1/4 c Japanese mayo

  • 1/2 c mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • dash black pepper

  • 1 green onions (sliced thinly)

Directions

  • Air fry bacon at 350F for 7 mins. Drain bacon on paper towels the cut into small pieces. Set aside.
  • In a bowl combine corn, mayo, sugar, pepper and cheese. Pour into a small baking pan and spread evenly. Air fry at 390F for 6-7 mins.
  • Top with bacon and green onions. Serve with rice or as a side dish!
