Back in July I went to a Vietnamese Night Market and ate some incredible street food. Here is the link to my Night Market Adventure if you haven’t seen or heard about it! I highly recommend you stopping by or try a local night market some day! Some of the my favorite dishes are actually easy street food so don’t miss out when you see one.
One of the dishes that immediately caught my eye and taste buds was their Tôm Nướng a.k.a. Grilled Shrimp on a stick! I don’t know why I’ve never seen it like that before but I was in awe and loved every bite of it. Fast forward to me now at home writing this and missing it. So what else is a girl to do?
Recreate it at home.
The Night Market has since closed (I believe it was a limited time event during the summer) and I wanted to bring a bit of it back home with me. If you know me then you know I love my airfryer so of course I recreated the recipe on it using my handy, dandy man. The airfryer. (LOL, sorry babe.)
As always the recipe is below! Let me know if there’s any street food you’d wanna try!
Until next time.
