Butterfly Pea Flower Donuts (Hack)

Oh what a day and age that we live in. Airfryers, trending foods & crazy recipes might not come to mind when one thinks of #foodhacks. But airfryer donuts? You’ve got to be kidding me. I had to hop on this trend to see for myself.

Long story short, these “donuts” are supposed to satisfy any donut craving if you’re up late and craving donuts randomly. And you just happen to have a can of biscuits laying around lol. Of course I created my own spin on it by incorporating Butterfly Pea Flower. I mean, look at that blue! If you don’t know, butterfly pea flower is native in South East Asia, where it is incorporated in many dishes.

I got mine from Amazon though, so close enough for me. LOL.

Feel free to just use vanilla or experiment with other extracts/flavors cause the icing is super customizable!
