Airfryer Salt and Pepper Wings

Don’t CHICKEN out, it’s made in the airfryer! Growing up, one of my favorite dishes to get at my local Chinese Buffet was Salt & Pepper Chicken wings.

I really loved them but the amount of oil needed to deep fry them made them heavy and pretty greasy. Lo, and behold! I created an air fryer version! These are perfect for spicing you any game day and are SUPER easy! P.S. they’re so much healthier than the ones growing up.

I made them a few months back and it was always the most requested dish at home so I make it more often now. You can also interchange whatever chili you’re using depending on your spice level. We can’t handle too spice in my home so we go between a jalapeno and serrano chilies. But feel free to turn the heat up a notch.

Here’s the video for those that need a visual! Also here is my original post on it if you wanted to see it in more detail or just how I did it back then.

Until next time,
