Super Easy Peppermint Bark (made in the Microwave!)

You’re BARK-ing up the wrong tree!

One of the most popular items in my holiday cookie box this year was the peppermint bark. It was my first time making it and let me tell you it is super easy!

All you need is a microwave and a baking sheet! For those it’s usually dark chocolate that is used as the bottom layer but I wanted to use milk chocolate because I don’t really like dark chocolate lol

You can also substitute the candies with other candies as we move throughout the seasons but I think a classic peppermint is always delicious!

As always the recipe is below! Until next time!
