Citrus got real.
Today we are putting together a refreshing and easy grapefruit and avocado salad! This is part two of my recipe serious by Instacart. I recently collaborated with them to try four of the recipes and this was my second one.
I love how beautiful this salad is and how quick it was to put together. I once read that when you section a citrus fruit for someone, you really love them. And it is so true. Sectioning a citrus fruit is a labor of love. But it is so beautiful when done correctly. Don’t worry, it’s super easy!
One quick note about this recipe though is you wanna make it right before you’re about to serve it because the avocado will start browning if you let it sit too long.
