pork shoulder
quail eggs
fish sauce, soy sauce, dark soy
sugar, black pepper, chicken bouillon
garlic, onion
water

how
sauté garlic + onion
brown pork
add seasonings + water
simmer 40–50 min
add quail eggs, simmer 10–15 min

serve with rice 😮‍💨

Ingredients
• catfish
• chicken stock
• tomatoes + pineapple
• taro stems + celery
• bean sprouts (opt)
• tamarind seasoning
• fish sauce + sugar + salt
• chilies (opt)

Directions
1. sauté tomatoes
2. add stock, pineapple, tamarind → boil
3. season
4. add fish, simmer 6–8 min
5. add veggies, cook briefly
6. finish + serve hot with rice

google 🔎 “jenhdao súp nui sườn heo”

Ingredients
• 2 lb pork ribs
• 10 cups water
• 1 onion + ginger
• 2–3 carrots, diced
• 2–3 potatoes, diced
• 1½ cups rice macaroni
• salt, sugar, chicken bouillon
• fish sauce, pepper
• green onions

Directions
1. Blanch ribs, rinse
2. Simmer with water, onion, ginger (30–40 min)
3. Season
4. Add carrots + potatoes, cook tender
5. Cook macaroni separately
6. Assemble + finish with fish sauce & pepper

found this @kculture.event at @superiorgrocers and had to try it—turned @binggraekorea banana milk into a banana latte!

banana latte

1 bottle banana milk
1–2 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp hot water
ice
mix coffee + hot water, pour banana milk over ice, then layer the coffee on top. that’s it. ✨

there’s a whole k-culture event going on at superior rn and this was my pick to try—lowkey kinda fun seeing what you can make with it lol

if you end up going, you can film/post your own version too (they’re doing a little contest situation! 👀)

🧾 BÁNH MÌ BREAD

Ingredients
• 3 cups (375g) flour
• 1 cup warm water
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp oil

Directions
1 Mix everything → form dough
2 Knead 5–6 min until smooth
3 Rise 1 hr (until doubled)
4 Divide into 6, shape into logs
5 Rest 30–40 min
6 Bake at 425°F with steam (add hot water pan)
7 Score + bake 14–16 min until golden
cool slightly → slice → enjoy 🥖
