These noods are SHRIMP-LY delish! 🍤
Never in my life would I attempt to make fresh pasta from scratch. Not until I got the Hamilton Beach electric pasta maker! I kid you not, I made fresh noodles in about 15 to 20 mins! I can’t think of a better way to serve fresh noods than with a delicious shrimp garlic noodle recipe! But no worries if you don’t have fresh pasta! You can also make this with regular spaghetti noodles too! Just boil them according to the directions and you’re set for the recipe!
I’ve never had so much garlic noodles until I moved to California. You can find it almost any Asian or Asian fusion restaurant down here. This recipe is really straightforward butter, garlic, and noodles! And you can switch out the protein to make it however you like. Let me know your thoughts, as always, the recipes below!
Shrimp Garlic Noodles with FRESH Homemade Pasta

1 lb spaghetti (400grams AP flour + 90ml water + 1 egg)
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
- Shrimp Marinade
1 lb shrimp
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp avocado oil
- Garnish
1 green onion (sliced thinly)
Directions
- Make pasta using Electric Pasta Maker and spaghetti mold. (If using store bought pasta skip this step)
- Boil pasta until desired doneness or until it floats. Rinse and set aside.
- Marinate shrimp with oyster sauce.
- In a pan, heat up oil on med/high heat and sauté garlic.
- Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Remove from heat.
- In a clean pan on med/high heat, add oil and saute garlic.
- Add the butter and simmer until it’s melted.
- Add sauce mix and stir to combine.
- Quickly toss in noodles and serve immediately.
- Top with shrimp and green onions
